Ph3Your opportunity /h3 pThe Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new General Services Specialist, based at The Mall Firenze. /p pReporting to the GS Coordinator, you will support and coordinate maintenance and facility activities across the mall property. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to operate under supervision while progressively gaining autonomy, contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of our Mall in Italy. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to build a new career in our Mall, with a strong service mindset, problem-solving attitude, and a passion for continuous learning. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 ul liSupporting the punctual maintenance and efficiency of The Mall Firenze’s structures, systems, and services, preventing breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. /li liActing as the on-site point of contact for technical systems, including CCTV, network, switchboard, Wi-Fi, and related issues. /li liCoordinating and interfacing with suppliers, tenants, technical consultants, and third parties on facility management and general services topics, ensuring effective support and management of urgencies and emergencies. /li liSupporting planned and reactive maintenance activities, serving as point of contact for external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance with timelines and schedules. /li liCoordinating extraordinary and emergency maintenance interventions related to critical equipment and building issues, minimizing impact on store operations. /li liSupporting the Facility Management team in the execution of ongoing projects and activities (e.g., moves, repairs, maintenance works), ensuring timely and efficient delivery. /li liOrganizing and conducting regular site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and required interventions are identified. /li liProviding administrative support for facility management activities, including data entry and documentation (e.g., POs, DUVRI, contracts). /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liA specialist in electronic, structural, or infrastructural management with at least former working experience in these fields. /li liYou have a High School/Bachelor’s degree as a surveyor (geometra), engineer or similar. /li liYou are a motivated, reliable, organized, and autonomous person, with great attention to detail. /li liYou are a flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /li liYou are a proactive and discreet person, with high ethical standards and integrity. /li liYou are proficient in MS Office suite. /li liYou are fluent in Italian with a good command of English, both spoken and written. /li liIf you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed. /li /ul h3Why work with us? /h3 pThis is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets at a time of extraordinary growth, make a meaningful personal contribution, and become part of a thriving team within a luxury fashion environment that offers endless opportunities to learn and grow.
