As our P&W Coordinator for the Italian office in Rome, your role is dedicated to creating the best work experience at Lansweeper and contributing to employee lifecycle excellence. This position requires working in-office, five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements
Payroll & Employee Benefits
* Support payroll data processing for wages, commissions, and bonuses, and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
* Assist employees through onboarding and off-boarding processes, including equipment coordination, benefits enrollment, agreement e-signatures, and administrative tasks.
* Perform data entry in HRIS and Benefits portals as needed.
* Contribute to various HR projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and global projects within the People and Culture Team.
Workplace Experience
* Act as a culture ambassador, maintaining a welcoming environment and overseeing office facilities, security, maintenance, repairs, mail services, and supplies.
* Manage daily operations, official correspondence, meeting bookings, and office setup, ensuring employees have necessary information and equipment.
* Coordinate with the employee event committee to organize company events, celebrations, team-building activities, and lunches.
* Handle office issues, supplies, access, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships.
* Manage HR and office expenses and invoices.
* Seek continuous improvements to office functionality and employee experience.

* Good time management and multitasking abilities.
