Your team
The Customer Value Management mission is to maximize the lifetime value of Snai’s online customer base through engagement and promotional strategies tailored to different segments, delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints, and providing actionable business insights while ensuring robust data governance for the online domain.
Your role
As a CVM Churn & Cross Sell Specialist, you will support the design and execution of targeted campaigns for online casino and betting players. Your focus will be on reactivating churned customers, driving multiproduct engagement for active customers, analysing player behaviour, segmenting active customers, and optimising promotions to maximise participation and ROI.
What you’ll do
- Support the design and execution of end‑to‑end CVM campaigns for churn online casino and betting players, driving reactivation, engagement, and increased customer lifetime value.
- Plan and execute private promotional campaigns (bonuses, free bets, missions, rewards) tailored to player behaviour, value, and activity patterns.
- Analyse player data to support customer segmentation and improve promotional targeting, timing, and mechanics in line with business needs.
- Support the monitoring and management of promotional budgets and premio allocations, ensuring campaigns remain cost‑effective and sustainable.
- Contribute to the analysis of key CVM KPIs (retention, frequency, value, campaign uplift, redemption), providing insights to inform potential improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, IT, and Compliance teams to deliver promotions effectively and align with business objectives.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a B2C online business, ideally in a complex or international environment.
- Knowledge of online casino and sports betting products, player lifecycle, and engagement levers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Optional: Experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
- Optional: Knowledge of additional languages.
