Managing the life cycle of assigned products, providing technical and commercial support for both internal and external customers. Assists with research, new product development and maintain customer relationships. Acts as a technical liaison to sales and marketing. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWorks with sales representatives and distributors to size products for specific applications, provide product specifications, and develop custom quotations. /liliWorks with internal and external customers to ensure that products work properly after installation/implementation. Assists internal customers with product information and external customers with application and pricing information. /liliAnswer customer inquiries regarding product applications. /liliEnsure that promotional programs and tradeshows have the best collateral to sell the product. /liliAttends industry tradeshows. /liliSupports Management with product-pricing strategies, including special promotions. /liliRecommend improvements and additions to the existing product line. /liliAssists product launch with marketing materials and information, including brochures, catalogues, instruction manuals and spare part lists. /liliEnsure marketing material and all current product documentation is updated /liliProvide product training for sales, service marketing staff. /liliReview customer complaints to ensure that issues are promptly resolved for the respective products /liliCollaborates with engineering, product supply, sales, and other departments to meet customers’ needs. /liliPerforms other related duties as required or assigned. /li /ulh3Skills Knowledge and Expertise /h3ulliFluent in English, both written and spoken.
