Overview The Food Service Director will be responsible for all food service related functions, facilities, inventory and equipment. Responsibilities Create and serve appealing menus that exceed expectations while maintaining a responsible budget through inventory control and appropriate preparation. Possess or obtain a ServSafe Food Manager certificate. Hire and train staff to meet guest needs while modeling and encouraging high levels of service. Maintain dining hall and associated areas in a clean, organized state at all times. Communicate with guests in a patient, courteous manner and accommodate dietary needs as much as possible.
