Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller with at least 2 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects within the Pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with budgetary constraints.Key Responsibilities:Cost Monitoring: Track and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support project decision-making.Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs, and recommend corrective actions.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective project execution.Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including cGMP and GDP.Required Skills and Experience:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cost control for EPC projects in the Pharmaceutical sector.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cost control methodologies and financial analysis tools.Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cGMP and GDP standards.Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
