The Automation Team is a cross-functional group focused on streamlining operations, accelerating delivery, and reducing manual effort. This team plays a critical role in driving digital transformation by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
We are looking for an experienced Automation & DevOps Engineer to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with the goal of enhancing efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Automation:
* Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible
* Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud and on-prem resources
CI/CD & DevOps Automation:
* Build and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.
* Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows
Process & Workflow Automation:
* Identify and automate repetitive IT processes
* Implement event-driven and API-based integrations between platforms.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in automation engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD pipeline development.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
* Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
* Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure as code
Programming Languages: Python, Bash, YAML; familiarity with Groovy and Go is a plus, and version control systems (Git).
Other: Good Knowledge of at least 2 of the major CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Problem-solving: Ability to analyze issues and design effective automation solutions.
Communication: Clear and professional interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work across development, operations, and QA teams.
