**About the role**:
As **Shift Warehouse Leader**for our Plant in** Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV)** you will support warehouse activities and coordinate your team (forklift drivers, terminal operators and truck drivers), reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
**Main responsibilities**:
During your activities as **Shift Warehouse Leader**, you will manage** warehouse operations** and ensure optimization by providing the necessary information to your Warehouse Manager and other Warehouses across Italy. You will be responsible for monitoring all flows within your area, including **Warehouse KPIs, Quality KPIs, and Safety KPIs**, as well as managing** flows IN/OUT**, preparation and checking of goods, and shuttle operations.
During your shift, you will support inventory management and ensure a smooth start-up. You will also facilitate the handover of workers during shift changes.
Regarding people management, you will be responsible for allocating resources according to defined criteria, managing resources effectively, and granting vacation in accordance with the plan agreed with the Warehouse Manager. You will contribute to resolving conflicts and assist in drafting worker merit plans. Additionally, you will provide feedback for personnel confirmation and contribute to employee evaluations!
You will also play a role in **continuous improvement** by supporting improvement initiatives and suggesting areas for improvement within your area.
**Workplace safety** is paramount and you will ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained through information dissemination and safety training.
In terms of quality, you will work to implement measures to guarantee the quality of warehouse processes, including implementing quality policies and monitoring compliance
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university **Master's Degree**background in management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of warehouse processes and interpersonal and management skills.
Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, your **fluency in both Italian and English** will be key to perform in our environment.
As a focal point in the process, **you will work on shifts**.
