YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: As an experienced and extraordinary B2B marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads for our B2B business, drive revenue growth and build brand awareness. All of that across 9 different markets and with a diverse team on your side working in the areas of Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, Product Marketing, Content and PR. On a daily basis you will always have an eye on generating customer acquisition via marketing qualified leads and online self-service subscriptions. You will also be responsible for B2B passengers activation and engagement. But more than anything, you will lead, support, develop and inspire a talented B2B marketing team who is always willing to enjoy and make an impact in our business. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: - You have at least 8 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech platform, SaaS or B2B service) - You are a self-starter, problem-solver and creative 'marketer' with an entrepreneurial mindset - You are passionate about people management and the personal development of your team - Ability to multitask, deliver and report on results, extra miles mindset - Proven experiences in Digital Marketing, Website management, SEO, Social and CRM - Experience in budget management, ability to set a target and overachieve it with positive ROI.
