Legal Specialist
mission is to support the Legal team by providing proactive legal advice to the business, as well as by implementing initiatives and processes aimed at standardization and at fostering a strong culture of integrity, ethical behavior and responsibility. The role will be part of the Legal Development team and will report directly to the Head of Legal Development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment and join an international and dynamic team accustomed to operating under pressure while collaborating to meet key deadlines and goals. This role requires a professional with confidence, strong legal acumen and solid business awareness, capable of operating in a highly regulated industry.
This position will be based in Milan (Italy), flexibility to travel for work is required.
RESPONSIBILITIE

The roles and responsibilities of the Legal Specialist include, but are not limited to the followin
g:·Analyze and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business’s transaction
s;·Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements (EPC; O&M; Consortium, MoU, Strategic Partnerships etc…
);·Coordinate with external lawyers and advisor
s;·Interface with all internal departments to arrive at the best solutions for NHO
A;·Set-up and continuously improve NHOA processes and standard
s;·Support the Legal team in all legal matters of NHOA Grou
p.
REQUIREME
NTS
.The candidate must hold a Law degree and at least 1-2 years of experience as legal counsel in a legal department of
an energy or construction company or with an international law
f
irm. xlwpduy ·Excellent drafting and negotiating skills in English; other languages, including Italian, will be a distinct advant
age;·Fluent, professional-level proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively in an international business environm
ent;·Proven experience in handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiat
ion;·Familiarity with energy, construction or EPC projects and with standard forms of contracts (e.g. FID
IC);·Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve objecti
ves;
