Position Title: Site Quality Leader - Termoli Position Summary: In this full-time role you will partner with the Local and Global Operation and drive quality improvements in the preparation and delivery of services. As the Site Quality Leader you will be responsible for driving customer experience and operational improvements through Quality Planning, Assurance, Control and Improvement. Drive a Culture of Quality. You will provide leadership for quality-assurance programs to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and in accordance with customer quality requirements. In adddition, you will ensure all the company's products and services meet and exceed the customers' expectations as per Quality policy. The Quality control manager has to perform the dual role: (1) To prevent defects at every stage of manufacturing. (2) To ensure that the products going out are of specified quality. Job Description: Your responibilities QC: - Lead Termoli quality control team.- Study and propose to the management the optimal organization of the QC department, defining the performance indicators monitor them and run periodical reviews with QC staff.- - Up-date QC procedure specification and methods.- Maintain the quality module in SAP and LIMS.- Assure and promote the correct and optimum information flow at the entrance and exit from the service in order to allow timely and adequate solutions to emerging problems as well as the best overall management of the plant.- Provide technical assistance in relations with the Consorzio regarding analytical issues.- Provide training to QC personnel for safety, environmental protection, and all technological aspects of competence.- Safety Manager based on the definition of art. 2 comma D) of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and S.M.I., for which it must fulfil the obligations reported in art. 18 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and S.M.I. QA/QMS Promote the quality culture- Lead Termoli full implementation and maintain of the Quality Management System, develop Audit plan, perform Audits, and drive compliance improvement and simplification of the QMS.- Support the quality process risk evaluation.- Host customer /DQS audits/visits.- Lead and support Root Cause Analysis including overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, prepare Quality alerts.- Lead the measurement, analysis, and regular operating rhythm around Quality metrics including Customer Experience and Cost of Poor Quality.- Monitor vendor performance and supplier quality.- Support implementation of global quality projects (ex.Customer love, SQC,RFT, Quality alerts).- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) reviews of design, manufacturing, purchasing, and test documentation to ensure that quality requirements are achieved on assigned programs, areas, and functions.- Initiate MOC process for Termoli products specification changes that are initiated to meet customer needs. Additional Details: Your Qualification Basic Qualifications: - Chemistry background, undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study. MS or PhD preferred.- Certified, or ability to achieve Lead Auditor Certification.- A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality or operations in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading a QC or R&D lab preferred.- 5 years professional experience with prior leadership roles.- Experience in the definition, planning and management of projects. Outstanding problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills.- Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to drive a customer centric quality culture.- Strong safety background.- Effective human relations skills, including good listening ability and the capability to influence others to establish or change precedents.- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.- - Strong analytical expertise.- Has the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and in cross-cultural environments.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel and Minitab skills for data analysis. Preferred Qualifications: - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred.- Expert knowledge of SAP QM functional module.
