In this role you act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring people processes are implemented effectively and aligned with business goals.
You will work closely with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and employee engagement while ensuring accurate HR administration and compliance.
You'll develop trusted partnerships, support talent acquisition, and manage HR operations, analytics, and reporting.

Partner with internal clients to challenge and advise on people-related matters and engagement strategies
Ensure timely acquisition of talent within cost targets
Manage HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate with external partners on HR Admin, payroll & HR Operations per local law and Group guidelines
Oversee internal reporting, HRIS activities, and analytics
Contribute to sales force incentives deployment and calculations
Implement performance management aligned to business needs
Support Employee Relations, Compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives
Foster a diversified, agile, and empowered working environment
Responsabilità
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Admin in a global organization
Experience in analytics and knowledge of local labor laws
Fluent in Italian and English; advanced Spanish
MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional activities
