We are seeking for a Group HSE Manager for a multinational company operating in the defense, automotive, and aerospace sectors, known for its high quality and regulatory standards, we are seeking a Group HSE Manager reporting directly to top management.This role will have a strategic impact on the governance of HSE systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental processes within a complex industrial environment, including ESG perspectives, both in Italy and across the Group's plants.As part of the assignment, the position includes covering the role of RSPP in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments.Key Responsibilities:Full management of the company's HSE Management SystemSupervision and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific risk analysesCoordination of prevention and protection activities and support to the Employer (Datore di Lavoro)Maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems; implementation of ISO 50001:2018 certificationManagement and execution of internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory authority checksAnalysis of near misses, accidents, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actionsDefinition and monitoring of HSE KPIs and reporting to managementDesign and delivery of HSE training programsInterface with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on HSE matters, including sensitive projectsDevelopment and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and manuals to meet legal standardsRequirements:Technical degree (Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields)Solid experience in HSE roles within structured industrial environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 231/01, environmental regulations, and HSE best practicesProven experience with certified Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)Ability to work within complex processes and highly regulated environmentsStrong autonomy, technical leadership, and ability to influence the organizationExcellent knowledge of the English languagePrevious experience as RSPP is considered a plus,not mandatoryWhat We Offer:A position within a solid, technologically advanced, and strategically important companyA key, high-responsibility role with real impact on company processesA challenging technical environment focused on excellenceA competitive compensation package aligned with experienceThe position is open to candidates of all genders and identities, in compliance with current equal opportunity legislation.
