Our goal is to ensure every guest feels special, and leaves as a friend. We are seeking for a dynamic, Front Office Manager with strong attention to details to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation handling. - Proactively identify opportunities to drive hotel revenue, including upselling room types, packages, and services together with the reception team. - Lead and motivate the staff in all departments to provide exceptional guest experiences, focusing on both service excellence and sales performance. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue. - Act as a liaison for guest concerns and ensure swift resolution, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service. - Work closely with all departments (e.g., housekeeping, restaurant/Bar, sales) in team work to ensure seamless guest experiences. Qualifications: - At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Boutique 5-starhospitality environment. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of Hotel Management software of Direct Holiday PMS and SimpleBooking systems is an advantage - A passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay composed under pressure. - A background in revenue management is an advantage. - Extensive Knowledge of Social media. - Fluent in ENGLISH and Italian ( minimum C2 written and verbal).
