Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for S&OP, PP and MM domains, supporting in this role the current SAP system and the transition to S4H. She/he works closely with business referents to prioritise goals and helps to implement the most efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions, by documenting business requirements, testing and validating technical solutions. As part of SAP Center of Expertise, cooperates with external service providers in resolving incidents and implementing change requests.
Collaborating with Industrial stakeholders, the Candidate will be responsible for:
* Full projects/change requests lifecycle, chartering, blueprinting, implementation and deploy;
* Solutions effectiveness by defining and monitoring the appropriate KPIs, and proactively providing up-to-date status;
* acting as a business partner for internal customers’ needs;
* selecting, coordinating and supporting external consultants;
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) as well as a senior SAP experience.
* 5-6 years in implementing SAP PP-MM Processes in manufacturing companies, working either for consulting or worldwide ICT organizations;
* Proven project management capabilities - ability to guide the work of others, both internal and external resources, experience in international and multicultural environments
* Capability to manage a small team of internal resources, customer orientation and proactivity;
* Team leader experience related to complete deployment projects;
* Knowledge of Product Costing and Warehouse Management are preferred;
* Knowledge of SAP Sales & Operations Planning solutions (SAP IBP, APO or similar) is a plus;
* SAP C4C understanding is a plus.
Fluency in both Italian and English - Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Availability to travel is required (up to 10%), work from remote up to 2 days a week.
