Responsibilities
- Organization and supervision of the restaurant service for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Operational management of the bar
- Staff management (training and organization)
- Handling of complaints and special requests
- Achieving and maintaining the preset economic objectives
- Ensuring application of the service standards defined by the Company
- Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and company procedures (HACCP)
- Monitoring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage and genuine ability to connect with guests and team members
- Professional experience in a similar role in Hotels or Resorts
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Experience with at least one hotel management system and ability to process orders electronically
- Preferably good knowledge of wines and coffee
- Flexibility and a genuine desire to care for the guest and be part of a united, guest‑centric team
