This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career in hospitality controlling, with a focus on inventory management, financial controls, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Support the management of Food & Beverage inventory processes, including assisting with regular audits, maintaining inventory records, and helping identify discrepancies. Monitor operational inventory systems to ensure accurate stock counts and support the implementation of inventory control procedures. Assist in tracking and reporting company KPIs, gathering data from various departments, and preparing regular performance reports. Support budget preparation and variance analysis, working closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate financial records. Help maintain internal control procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field Basic understanding of inventory management principles Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship.
