4. Knows the mutual dependency (Input / Output) of MS elements and corresponding EHS processes
5. Uses and contributes to MS documentation.
6. Has deep knowledge about applicable requirements and regulations in a broad range of EHS topic areas.
7. Understands their implication for business and advises the organization in meeting requirements timely and effectively.
8. Knows when and which EHS experts need to be called in.
9. Facilitates the introduction and improvement of EHS-related activities across entire organizational units.
10. Uses and combines tools, methods and KPIs.
11. Understands the processes behind the tool and is able to coach or train others.
12. Contributes to and challenges the development of EHS audit methods and tools
13. Creates EHS audit and assessment programs; is as an experienced lead auditor.
14. Establishes and maintains high-quality incident management process
15. Decides on methodologies and manages incidents of high severity
16. Consults and supports responsible management; is an experienced lead incident investigator
17. Trains others on relevant tools and methods.
18. Leads the project according to the budget and results (orientation)
19. Applies relevant methods and tools of project management
20. Continuously identifies project status and challenging situations and defines appropriate measures to meet the project’s objectives.

Education/Experience Requirements:
41. Advanced work experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
42. Previous relevant Health and Safety experience ideally within data center or large-scale engineering environments
43. Previous related experience from relevant business
44. Expert knowledge of in country legislation and compliance (Italy) is mandatory
45. At least bachelor’s degree, in a related occupational safety and/or environmental protection field. Degree in technical education and/or EHS related / relevant fields and/or recognized certificates (e.g. NEBOSH).
46. Member of one or more of the Professional Organisations in Occupational Safety Health and Environment undertaking a scheme of Continuous Professional Development (e.g IOSH)
47. Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental management), ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety management), management system and implementing / managing management system elements (i.e. ISO Lead Auditor Qualification). Knowledge of ISO 50001 (Energy management) is an advantage.
48. Evidenced training / expertise in the broader spectrum of italian EHS topics. In-country native language is essential.
49. RSPP(HSE Responsible/advisor) - Module A, B, C.
