Amazon is seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager to transform financial insights into actionable business strategies that will shape Amazon's future in Turkey. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance for Amazon Turkey Retail, you'll take complete P&L; ownership on one or more of our key business units (Electronics, Consumables, Media, Hardlines etc.). Lead comprehensive financial controllership as the senior finance leader for the Business Unit, developing robust financial reporting and analysis frameworks that drive executive decision‐making.Drive strategic P&L; management with full ownership and accountability in annual revenue, growth targets, and profitability optimization.Conduct in‐depth data analysis to identify business improvement opportunities and cost optimization strategies across functions within Middle East, Africa and Turkey (MEATR) region.Perform root cause analysis to uncover critical business insights and develop strategic improvement plans that influence company‐wide initiatives.Design and implement financial policies that enhance organizational competitiveness and profitability at the business unit level.Manage sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models with precision and creativity, supporting both local and regional strategic planning strategies.Partner with cross‐functional leadership teams across Middle East, Africa and Turkey (MEATR) region to align financial strategy with operational excellence and business growth objectives.

8+ years experience in finance business partnering and/or financial planning and analysis roles.Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‐making.Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, math or related field.Fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills.
