For us, lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. /ppbIn this role, you will: /b /pulliPartner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management. /liliBe a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditing. /liliAssist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for project approval. /liliWork with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the client. /liliEnsure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities. /liliLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners. /liliCoordinate with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure excellent project delivery. /liliManage and track all project costs, including labor, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations. /liliOversee subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labor levels. /liliLead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, with emphasis on logistics and handover. /liliMonitor daily activities in the field, manage information flow, and report and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety. /li /ulpbWe would love to hear from you if you: /b /pulliAre an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities. /liliHave a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. /liliPossess strong knowledge of the full design and construction process. /liliHave a professional certification or are seeking one.
