We are looking for a
FP&A Social Controller to strengthen the Finance department. Within the FP&A Social Controlling Team, you will join a team whose main mission is to support management by providing accurate and reliable reports to enable smart decisions. Today, Anaplan is at the heart of our planning and reporting tools, and this is why we are looking for someone with a strong command of Anaplan.
Reporting to the VP Finance - Social Controlling, you will join a team of five employees. You will not only maintain and develop our Anaplan models, but also work on FP&A missions to support the Group strategy. You will build partnerships with HR functions and be a point of contact for Managers up to the Executive team.
Responsibilities
* Anaplan modelling: Capture and centralize needs and prioritize; maintain existing models; deploy new features/models; participate in cross-functional projects with HR; provide technical support to end users; ensure systems are properly integrated; support internal customers in their reporting needs; contribute to continuous optimization of processes.
* FP&A missions: Maintain the integrity of existing BI or other financial information systems; support HR with the monthly closing; contribute to the Budget; support HR and Managers to ensure they stay within Budget; provide accurate analyses and ad-hoc reporting; your dual FP&A and modelling role will give a global view and add value.
* Required skill set: Graduated from a major business school or university with concentration in Management Control or similar; highly fluent in English; at least 3 years of professional experience in a global environment with modelling and analysis success; excellent knowledge of Anaplan and its modelling functions; analytical skills with large data sets, rigorous methodology, Excel; business-oriented with strong communication, proactive and adaptable; good team player; interest in Social Management Control.
