In this role, you'll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive, high-quality experiences across our platform - from learner-facing product surfaces to enterprise dashboards and internal tooling. /p pAt QA, we believe AI is fundamentally changing how people learn. You'll be at the forefront of that shift - designing AI-powered flows and experiences that redefine what learning looks like for our users. /p pYou will bring strong craft across interaction and visual design, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to move confidently between strategic thinking and pixel-level execution. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDesign end-to-end experiences across new and existing product areas, from discovery and ideation through to polished, production-ready designs /li liCollaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals /li liContribute to and actively work within our Design System — extending components, maintaining consistency, and championing its adoption across the team /li liCreate prototypes, flows, and specs to communicate design intent clearly to engineering /li liUse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimise the user journey /li liParticipate in user research and usability testing, translating insights into design decisions /li liHelp raise the bar for design quality and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture /li /ul h3Experience: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact across complex, multi-surface products /li liStrong interaction design and visual design skills – comfortable at both strategic and detailed levels /li liProven experience working with and contributing to a Design System (Figma-based preferred) /li liSolid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to apply them in practice /li liFamiliarity with product metrics, user behaviour analytics /li liFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar /li liExperience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile product environment /li liStrong communication and storytelling skills; able to present and defend design decisions to engineers, PMs, and senior stakeholders /li liComfortable being involved across the full development cycle – from ideation through to design QA /li liCuriosity about AI and emerging technologies, with experience designing AI‑powered features or using AI tools as part of your design workflow /li liFluent spoken and written English is a must for this position /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience designing data‑rich interfaces and dashboards /li liBackground in e‑learning, EdTech, or enterprise SaaS /li /ul h3A little about QA /h3 pAt QA, we believe the future belongs to organisations that are able to learn, master and apply new skills at pace and scale.
