Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
3. Apply lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
7. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
8. Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity.
9. Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
11. Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
12. Experience in project management, demonstrating successful planning and execution of complex projects.
13. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
14. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
15. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Proficient in using manufacturing software SAP, LEAN
17. Excellent level of English (C1)
