On behalf of our Client, leader in the diabetes care market, IQVIA is looking for a Sales Representative Specialist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.Responsibilities
Manage promotion and development of product sales to customers in the assigned area in line with the company directives, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives.Regularly visit customers in the assigned territory (existing and potential) through a consultative approach.Collaborate with the company organization to provide transparent feedback that supports the achievement of company objectives.Interact with stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective management of existing and potential customers.Visit existing and potential customers: Diabetes Services at hospitals, polyclinics, private nursing homes, universities and local health authorities, as well as the retail channel.Manage pharmacies: oversee assigned pharmacies and develop potential client pharmacies.Collect and discuss information on the evolution of the reference market with management, proposing actions that best support the achievement of the assigned objectives.Maintain close contact with colleagues and business partners operating in the area to ensure an effective customer approach.Keep constantly updated on the evolution of the company's products/systems and competitors by studying the available training material; transfer relevant information to the Head Office Sales Functions.Keep the market situation under constant control in terms of sell‐out in the territory, propose corrective actions to the direct manager, and periodically analyze the territory situation.Report to the systems in charge the tracking of activities carried out, sample unloading, and expense management according to established methods and timing.Carry out and complete training and instructional procedures on time.Carry out duties with responsibility, diligence, and care for the company and common property, in accordance with company guidelines and HCC procedures.
Key Experiences & Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar position.Degree in scientific disciplines (Italian Law 219/06) – considered a plus.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Digital skills.Propensity for professional and personal growth, with great tenacity and determination to achieve objectives.Knowledge of Diabetes, OT products and competition: thorough understanding of diabetes, pathophysiology, treatment options, risks and complications, and the ability to distinguish competitor products during sales activities.Territory management.
