Our Junior Market Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d) will:
Project manager support for solution projects: oversees and support to the data collection processes (ie. questionnaire finetuning and test, sample and quota definition,...), the data elaboration (ie. briefing EDP on mono and multivariate analysis,...), the data analysis and the reporting (i.e. defining charts template and helping charting, supporting senior insights) according to NIQ data quality strict requirements
Support senior colleagues during the management of the research process from proposals to final presentation, playing an important role in meeting timing e deliveries expectations
Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations
Support engagement across the Solution portfolio
Proactively identify opportunities, sharing these with the Sales team and senior colleagues

What we look for?
A Junior Market Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d), a passionate person who understand that digital means business transformation. Data driven analytics, communication, presentation, and client facing skills.
Is this you? Awesome, here is what we are looking for additionally:
A strong interest in understanding consumer behavior, motivations and decisions
Curiosity about market dynamics and cultural influences that drive consumer purchasing decisions and consumer needs
Full dedication and reliability in meeting timing and deliveries
Familiarity with statistical techniques used in the analysis of market data and interpretation of results.
Eagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Effective communication: ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Client‐centric approach
Familiar with AI tools and curiosity to learn and apply on a daily basis
Native in Italian and Good in English Languages
Analytical skills: ability to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Ideally1 to 3 years as a Quantitative Market Researcher, in a Research Agency (Ad hoc researches)
