Position Purpose As Quality Tools Lead, reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Energy Carriers team within the Bioraffineria di Livorno project. You will manage and support a team of 10 people. Responsibilities Support Project Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager in defining the information required for setting up tools. Ensure proper setup of QA databases for audit, training, and NCR management, including data and forms. Coordinate with Construction IT tools administration to ensure correct setup of QC databases for Mechanical completion and weld traceability. Train operators and coordinators on QA / QC tools. Monitor updates of QA / QC data and report on the effective use of tools. Identify discrepancies and support in defining corrective actions. Support in defining guidelines for uniformity of Quality Data across sites and with other Quality Tools Specialists. Gather experiences to support continuous improvement of Quality tools. Interface with departments managing non-Saipem tools to manage data and reporting. Coordinate with Quality Records Controllers to ensure timely and proper delivery of final QA / QC documentation. Interface with users and IT department for troubleshooting issues. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree or high school diploma. At least 5 years in a similar role within the oil and gas industry. Languages: Italian and English. Technical Skills: Quality Management Software, Data Analysis, Quality Tools.
