PUBLIC TENDER & QUOTES - Public tenders for hospitals and offers for private and public Labs - Quotes for private & public generated using Salesforce - Request of bank references and bank/insurance guarantees for Milan - AVCP pay contribution and AVC pass - Request from hospitals regarding Law 136/2010 - “Financial flow tracking” - Updated internal file ongoing tenders, historical tenders, adjudications, CIG/CUP Codes etc. - Periodical update of all administrative and technical documentation required for participation in tenders - Periodical update at customers web portals - Evaluation and analysis of public adjudications (competitors prices analysis) - Request the update instruction for use (IFU) for the tenders - Check the tender of interest daily and send to the sales rep for the confirmation and the quotations - COLLABORATION WITH SALES DIRECTOR AND SALES AGENTS - Daily contact with sales agents for reporting in expiration tenders, new customer contacts, offers, request documentation and/or brochures and as described in the preceding paragraph. - Sales actives: New customers acquisition (wholesaler, pharmacies etc.) for promotion of Abbott products. - COLLABORATION WITH QUALITY DEPARTMENT - ISO 9001 - Support in the drafting of procedures relating to ISO 9001 inspections - Check documentation related to suppliers (ISO Certificates/CE Mark etc.) and anyway follow all company procedures - CUSTOMER SERVICE - Customer Support (Phone contact with customer, commercial and support for products and instruments) and any other business to satisfy the commercial requests of the case; - Support products registrations & maintenance of products documents for participation at tenders - Send massive communications to the customers - Manage the customers documentations requested after the tender in case of win - Privacy Stewart - Keep updated all the documents needed for Privacy maintenance in agreements with Abbott Policy & procedure with the Support of the Data protection manager; EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES - Upper secondary diploma/High school diploma - country specific - Fluent in local language - English, written and spoken - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Knowledge of ERP packages (SAP) - Knowledge of Salesforce - Knowledge of the main telematic platforms for tenders: MEPA, Sintel, Enpulia, etc. - Team player - Customer oriented - Good organization ability - Good communication skills for internal and external contacts - Positive reaction to working in a “deadline” environment, stress resistant - Integrity - Sensitive of initiative and adaptability to permanent evolving organizations - Sensitive to the importance of the product - Problem solving - Independence and responsibility - High level of accuracy
