Job Description
Support the definition and implementation of standard procurement processes and functional policiesContribute to procurement excellence / transformation projects (tool rollout, workflow improvement, governance)Monitor procurement KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance) and develop reports and dashboardsSupport ESG and supplier sustainability initiatives (supplier rating, code of conduct, assessments)Collaborate on digitalization projects (ERP, e-sourcing, contract management, supplier portal)Support Category Managers on sourcing methodologies, tenders, and supplier managementSupport local/plant sourcing processes within the assigned siteInteract with internal stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new processes and toolsEvaluate market trends, benchmark KPIs, monitor progress, propose improvements, and ensure KPI achievement in line with annual budget, strategy, and plansRegularly interact and communicate effectively with key internal leaders and teams, as well as relevant stakeholders, to build awareness of procurement processes and targetsBuild effective and sustainable partnerships, leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influencers, fostering the Group's competitive advantage
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Procurement (sourcing, supplier management, tenders, contracts)Knowledge of ESG criteria applied to supply chain and suppliersUniversity degree in Engineering, Business/Economics, Sustainability, or similar fieldsStrong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, LN) and digital procurement toolsStrong analytical skills; advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI or similar tools are a plus)Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environmentsFluent English
