Junior ITPROVirtual srl, an ICT consulting Company, is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our IT Team in Genoa office for the role of ICT Specialist to cover the following tasks: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-user support (Level 1 and basic Level 2) via ticketing systemInstall, configure and troubleshoot Windows client devicesManage user accounts and permissions (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)Support onboarding/offboarding processes (users and devices)Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android)Maintain IT documentation and knowledge baseSupport and guide junior Help Desk resources on daily activities Requirements (Must-have)~2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk~ Good knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting~ Experience with Microsoft 365 (user management, basic administration)~ Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, password reset)~ Experience using a ticketing system~ Good communication skills with end users~ Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks~ Based in Genoa area Nice-to-haveExperience with Level 2 support activitiesBasic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)Experience with device deployment tools What we are looking forReliable and structured approach to daily support activitiesAbility to work both independently and within a teamProactive attitude in problem solvingAttention to confidentiality and data handling
