Avventure Bellissime is a boutique Italian tour operator creating tailor-made journeys across Italy for international travelers.
We are not a high-volume travel factory — we design curated, seamless, and meaningful travel experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Travel Designer to craft and sell bespoke Italy itineraries and manage trips from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities
• Design tailor-made Italy itineraries (FIT & small groups)
• Manage client communication from inquiry to post-travel
• Prepare proposals and convert inquiries into bookings
• Coordinate hotels, guides, and local suppliers
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, margins, and documentation
Profile
* 3+ years as Travel Designer / Tour Consultant
* Strong Italy destination knowledge
* Proven sales & client management skills
* Fluent English
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
