Requirements:
Previous experience in Talent Management processes
Fluent in English
Bachelors degree
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP Success Factor Talent Management modules
Strategic thinking and consulting practices

Responsibilities:
Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
Provide operational and consultative support to P&T; people, partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.
Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes
Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation
