As a responsible for a Telco Account, you will hold a meaningful role, focused on crafting and driving our strategic relationships within the telco space. You will work with and influence key decision makers to grow Apple’s business. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends in our sales channels and existing knowledge of key players of MNOs, MVNOs and the Consumer Electronics market, ideally having worked with mobile network operators previously.
Be a team worker with a proven track record of driving initiatives within a complex matrix environment. A strong analytic attitude is also required, to monitor key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute annual and quarterly strategic business plans to achieve Apple’s growth objectives across relevant lines of business.
2. Build account plans, sales initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally within Apple and with telco partners to execute sales programs with excellence.
3. Influence, negotiate, and execute quarterly demand generation activities.
4. Collaborate with Reseller Operations, Finance, and partners to lead forecast and supply planning processes to improve inventory efficiency and in-stock metrics.
5. Support Partner Marketing Communications and partners to create effective plans on ATL, ensure consistent BTL execution, and deliver the best customer experience through merchandising solutions.
6. Utilize partner insights and reporting tools to maximize productivity.
7. Work with partners to associate the most appealing tariff plans to end users.
8. Plan CRM activities to stimulate sales, cross-sell, and up-sell our ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven track record of achieving revenue and unit targets.
* Expert negotiation skills at senior levels within the Telco industry.
* Drive for results, with demonstrated ability to overachieve objectives focusing on the bottom line.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
