We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
The selected candidate will ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, they will redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners. They will also screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.

Additionally, they will facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
This role requires staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and making recommendations for continuous improvement. To be successful, you should have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, are required. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines, is also necessary.
