Pp4URSPACE’s Customer Success Specialist is ultimately responsible for the complete post‑sales lifecycle of a 4URSPACE user. /ppbLanguages Required: /b Italian, French, and English. /ppFew roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of the company. You will become a trusted advisor to these customers, will deeply understand their business and their needs, and will help them maximize the value they get from 4URSPACE. You will be the user’s internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent 4URSPACE experience and gathering feedback on ways that 4URSPACE can build the next generation of user‑focused solutions. You will love this job if you are a natural relationship and business builder. /ph3What You’ll Achieve /h3ulliLead the post‑sale engagement, retention, and growth of your customers /liliArticulate and drive customer use cases, customer value, and expansion while maintaining a trusted customer advisor status /liliServe as a trusted advisor to the customers and educate them on the use and benefits of our products and our industry /liliDeliver compelling product demos to prospective and existing customers, showcasing key features and value propositions tailored to their specific needs /liliLead structured customer onboarding programs, ensuring new users are set up for success from day one with clear milestones and hands‑on guidance /liliDesign and deliver training sessions for customers across all levels, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to get the most out of 4URSPACE /liliPerform quarterly business reviews to align on business priorities, optimization opportunities, 4URSPACE product roadmap, review services satisfaction, share usage patterns or insights, surface issues, guide how to optimize the value from 4URSPACE, and identify product expansion opportunities /liliAdvocate for the customer to internal stakeholders. Share customer feedback and insights on the innovation and improvement needed to optimize the 4URSPACE user experience /liliDrive overall account health, including performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals and growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role, ideally in customer success, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably working with a technical product /liliSophisticated business sense and understanding of the underlying drivers and strategy of our users’ businesses /liliTrack record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions /liliStrong analytical skills and operating rigor /liliStrong executive presence and presentation skills, particularly for in‑person meetings with multiple stakeholders /liliHistory of success as a consultant, pre‑sales, technical account management, or equivalent /liliTrack record of managing large, complex projects and/or programs /liliHas handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions /liliWillingness to tackle things on your own /liliMust work within a team environment /liliAbility to navigate data and people to find answers /liliThe motivation and flexibility to work well in a high‑growth environment where things change quickly /liliFluency in Italian, French, and English (written and spoken) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
