As a Testing Engineer, you will be:
* Responsible for executing unit validation tests, inspections, and data acquisition for product and service validation. Evaluating running parameters and troubleshooting system problems.
* Responsible for executing hydraulic tests on the casings of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines.
* Responsible for drawing up accurate testing reports, acting as the entry point for engineering and testing teams concerning technical issues, and interfacing with all involved functions and suppliers. Play an active role in the MFG-ENG design review process.
* Supporting the team regarding the reliability of testing assets and proactively supporting all BH customers (internal and external).
* Supporting the organization in the design and construction of new test facilities, instrumentation systems, and the development of test software, providing ideas for test bench activities development and improvement.
* Managing commissioning and operation while achieving defined targets in OTD, quality, cost, delivery, and safety. Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
* Reading technical documentation and coordinating activities on test benches, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with environmental health & safety (HSE) guidelines and procedures.
* Collaborating on the test schedule, providing detailed information.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in engineering/technology or a minimum of 3 additional years of testing experience).
* Knowledge of turbomachinery operation.
* Knowledge of mechanical processing.
* Knowledge of Oil & Gas products.
* Understanding of rotating equipment philosophy (centrifugal compressors) and their auxiliaries.
* Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (test procedures, wiring diagrams, P&ID, general arrangements, etc.).
* Fluency in English and Italian.
