 
        Advice Pharma is a company specialized in digital health and clinical research; develops advancedtechnological solutions to support clinical trials and digitalize healthcare processes. We are currently looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER R&D, who will work in liaise with the SENIOR R&D MANAGER. The role will be responsible for the following activities: Planning and overseeing Advice Pharma projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with scope and quality standard. Planning and designing project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing project progress Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation Coordinating internal resources and third-party/vendors for the ensure flawless project execution Defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Establishing and maintaining relationships with third - party/vendors as needed Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Creating and maintain comprehensive Advice Pharma project documentation Requirements Degree in computer science or similar 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management Good skills and competences in management and coordination activities Excellent knowledge of English language Good decision-making skills Basic knowledge of information security principles and their applicability We offer a flexible and hybrid work model with the possibility of lavoro da remoto - A dynamic and innovative environment in the digital health and clinical research sector.
