Our Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The main responsibilities:
Coordination of all inspection activities according to ITP of the various vendors Management and sending of inspection notifications to end customers and internal parties Interface with customers, vendors, TPI, and internal teams (Quality, PM, Engineering, Supply Chain) Monitoring the progress of inspection activities and managing priorities Supporting document closure (ITP, inspection reports, evidence of compliance)
Requirements:
Fluent Italian (daily working language – non-negotiable requirement) Excellent knowledge of technical and operational English Concrete experience as an Inspection Coordinator Familiarity with ITP, Hold/Witness Points, TPI, Client inspections Ability to quickly understand structured processes and operate independently
Location: Milan, Bovisa area (no remote working allowed) Frequency: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) - Time: 08:30-17:30, flexible. Why Join Us?
