PpThe Senior HR manager is required to overview and supervise the HR processes like talent acquisition plans, recruitment drives, people management, employee onboarding and training, employee performance management processes, and all other HR duties. Moreover, he/she will be is responsible for contributing to developing a better and healthier work environment for all employees in an organization.
