Hi, my name is Simin Parsa, and I am the writer of VILLA NO. 9, a completed psychological thriller currently in advanced development. Villa No. 9 is a contained, character-driven international thriller set in a luxury villa in Sicily, designed for a global streaming audience. The story focuses on psychological tension, control dynamics, and emotional escalation between two central characters, within a visually stylized but production-feasible setting. Villa No. 9 is a Berlin International Screenwriting Festival 2026 Finalist and registered with the Writers Guild of America. The project is structured for independent financing with a clear commercial pathway toward premium streaming platforms and international festival positioning. We are currently seeking a producing partner who can help shape the project’s development and packaging strategy, including financing approach, market positioning, and early production planning.
