Electronic Hardware Engineer (Mixed Signals) / Electronic Hardware Designer
Job Description
We are seeking an Electronic Hardware Engineer with a strong background in mixed-signal (analog/digital) design to develop electronic boards for advanced RF and satellite systems.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable designing both low-frequency and high-speed circuits, including power management modules, digital logic boards, and analog front-ends.
You will participate in the design of subsystems ranging from embedded electronics to power amplifiers and interface boards for satellite payloads.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Design and simulation using SPICE-based tools (LTSpice, Multisim, TINA).
- PCB design and layout with Altium Designer.
- Breadboarding, prototyping, and hands-on testing of circuits.
- Integration with RF and embedded systems.
- Support EMC, thermal, and mechanical considerations in electronic design.
- Interface with mechanical designers (SolidWorks, OnShape) and system engineers.
Required Skills
- Experience in electronic circuit design and debugging.
- Strong background in PCB design and production files management.
- Comfortable with technical English (spoken and written).
- Must speak at least one of: Italian, Slovenian, or English.
- Must have EU citizenship.
- Autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years experience in Electronic design.
- Knowledge of basic RF principles.
- Previous experience in aerospace or NewSpace industry.
- Capability to write clear and effective technical documentation.
