You will support the Senior Project Manager in toys design and development. /ppYou will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, focusing on a broad set of activities and innovative projects, focusing on the development of Kinder Surprise toys. /pbMain Responsibilities: /bpIn this role, you will strongdevelop surprises starting from creative design proposals /strong initially provided by Marketing (internal creativity or licensed items). /ppYou will be responsible for the strongrealization of prototypes /strong, managing external 3D modelers following above mentioned input, respecting internal project work flow, safety requirements and defined cost target. /ppYou will have the opportunity to strongtransform2D design proposal into a Kinder toy /strong without losing its design esthetics and playability but respecting all production, safety and cost related aspects. /ppYou will be an active contributor to the development, proposing improvements to the design where necessary. /ppYou will have the opportunity to strongcollaborate with internal and external stakeholders /strong(Marketing, Licensing, Quality, Industrialization) throughout the project development. /ppYou will create strongtechnical sheets /strong for each item to determine how the item is made (material description, parts design, type of mold) and to check cost (design to cost), also handling strong3D printed parts /strong printed internally. /pbWho we are looking for: /bpYou will bring your university strongMaster's Degree background in Product Design or equivalent /strongand your experience and interest in the field of design and realization. /ppYour stronggood understanding of plastic injection moulding process /strong and strongplastic material /strong will be key to perform in the role. /ppYour strongdynamic, flexible, proactive approach /strong and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines and in a multicultural environment will be key for the role. /ppYou will bringstrongstrong relational attitude /strong and strongteam working skills /strong, as well as yous strongproblem-solving attitude /strong and good strongorganizational skills /strong. /ppYour skills in strong3D construction software /strong(Rhinoceros, Solid Works, Maya, Freeform or similar) will be a great asset for us. /ppYour fluency in strongEnglish /strong will be key to perform in our environment. /ppIf this role sounds appealing and you would like to be part of our pool of potential candidates, do not hesitate to submit your application! /pbHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: /bpConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
