Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to sales, design, and project teams on lighting products, specifications, and applications.
* Prepare and review technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and compliance documents.
* Assist in selecting suitable lighting fixtures, drivers, and control systems for projects.
* Respond to client, consultant, and contractor technical inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams for approvals, product information, and technical clarifications.
* Support installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and value engineering of lighting systems.
* Conduct product testing and evaluate samples to ensure quality, performance, and project compatibility.
* Review, revise, and validate test reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
* Maintain technical documentation, stay updated on lighting technologies, and ensure compliance with standards.
* Prepare technical reports and provide internal and external reporting while maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in lighting technical support or a similar role.
* Knowledge of lighting products, drivers, control systems, and electrical standards.
* Experience with Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
* Skilled in technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and test reports.
* Experience in product testing, sample evaluation, and report revision.
* Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to speak Italian is an advantage.
Working Schedule in UAE time:
Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm (work from Home
Sunday Off
Total Working Hours 48 hours
