The opportunity
The Quality Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible
for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality System Management:
The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO ****) ensuring cross-departmental integration.
The Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective/preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
Reporting and Communication:
The Officer assists the Q&S; Manager to prepares periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals.
Cross-Functional Projects:
The Officer supports the Q&S; Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point.
Organizational Relationships:
The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters.

Coordinates internal audits and supports external certification audits.
Works collaboratively with teams to enhance process efficiency and performance.
Maintaines all quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Leads quality-focused training and communication initiatives.
Possible additional tasks: Manages and coordinates all health & safety activities following Legislative Decree *******.
Develops and maintains the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
Promotes a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and training.
Collaborates with the Company's appointed medical doctor and cross-functional teams.
Provides safety support during new employee onboarding.
The Officer can be function representative during internal meetings.
The Officer can be Company representative at Global Group, Proman.
Requirements: Previous experience in companies operating on a project or order-based model.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Required minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Thorough knowledge of quality regulations.
Proactivity, sense of initiative, ability to organization and time management.
Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Team-oriented with high collaboration skills.
Mandatory fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with business IT systems and tools.
Preferable (but not required): Certification as an occupational safety trainer (DM 6/3/2013).
Internal Auditor qualification for ISO ****:****.
