Based at our Civitanova production site (ICA – Wood Coatings), we are looking for a passionate and driven Production Engineer to strengthen our operations. In this role, you will not only oversee production processes but also play a key part in lean improvement projects and contribute to the standardization of workflows, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the board.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree (preferably Management, Industrial or Mechanical)
* 2-3 year’s experience in similar role, in structured production environments oriented towards continuous improvement
* Knowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis tools
* Familiarity with ERP systems and digital reporting tools
* An effective communicator across all departments.
* A hands on approach and ‘can do’ attitude.
* Team player, Approachable and strong customer focus, internally and externally.
* Italian/English
Responsibilities
* Support the Production Manager in planning and monitoring production activities,
* Collaborate with the team to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement,
* Actively participate in Lean projects and optimization of production flows,
* Contribute to the standardization of processes and the drafting of operating procedures,
* Facilitate communication between departments for effective priority management,
* Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions in synergy with the team,
* Performs other duties as assigned,
