Junior Consultant | Digital Finance Transformation at KPMG Italy.
This role involves helping clients address current and complex challenges in business model transformation, process improvement, digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
The Digital Finance Transformation Team operates in Bologna and Florence, interacting with top-tier professionals and clients in a collaborative environment focused on individual growth and open dialogue.
Responsibilities
You will work with expert colleagues providing functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the development of technological platforms.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
Redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model;
Designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with top EPM tool providers on the market;
Analyzing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
Assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation using business cases;
Monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance;
Defining the organisational structure, the skills, the number of personnel required, the training plan, the operating framework and the timeframes needed for the realisation of Finance 4.0.
Skills and Qualifications
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
A master's degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar
Knowledge of the following topics: Control Models, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning
Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
