The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.br/ /p pWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven bFunded Projects Manager /b to lead the full lifecycle of national and European funded projects—from proposal development and submission to implementation, monitoring, and final reporting. In this role, you will head our Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, KPIs, and funding requirements. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance and Administration teams, external partners and funding authorities. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h31. Project Lifecycle Management /h3 ul liCoordinate proposal submissions: call analysis, proposal writing, budgeting, documentation, and partner coordination. /li liSupervise project implementation to ensure objectives, deliverables, and funding rules are met. /li liOversee technical and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance and Administration. /li liUse automation and digital tools to streamline tasks and improve data accuracy. /li /ul h32. Governance PMO Leadership /h3 ul liDefine methodologies, templates, and internal governance standards for the PMO. /li liMonitor KPIs, milestones, and risks using advanced dashboards (Power BI or similar). /li liLeverage GenAI tools for analysis, proposal drafting, and reporting. /li liImplement digital workflow systems for compliance and process tracking. /li liPromote a digital-first mindset and adoption of innovative tools. /li /ul h33. Internal External Coordination /h3 ul liAlign activities, timelines, and budgets with Project Managers. /li liCollaborate with Finance and Administration on audits and cash flow management. /li liMaintain strong relationships with partners, consultants, auditors, and funding bodies. /li /ul h34. Reporting Compliance /h3 ul liDevelop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or equivalent. /li liUse GenAI for reports, technical notes, and documentation. /li linsure compliance with national and EU funding rules and support audits. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields. /li liMaster’s degree or training in project management or EU funding is a plus. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li3–5+ years experience in managing funded projects (EU, national, regional). /li liProven experience with financial and technical reporting, complex calls, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. /li liPMO or project governance experience is an advantage. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of major funding programs (Horizon, LIFE, PNRR, etc.). /li liProficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar). /li liAdvanced Power BI skills (queries, dashboards, basic data modeling). /li liAbility to leverage GenAI tools for analysis and workflow optimization. /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems and digital reporting platforms. /li liSolid budgeting and financial planning capability. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liProven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse stakeholders effectively. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAccuracy, autonomy, and results orientation. /li liProactivity and openness to digital innovation. /li /ul pWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
