Event Manager
The Events & Special Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various types of events. These may include corporate events, collection launches, trade fairs, press presentations, dinners, and sales meetings.
Main Activities
* Event Calendar Management: Defining and overseeing the yearly event calendar in agreement with all stakeholders.
* Budget Allocation: Defining and overseeing the annual budget allocated for events.
* Event Operations: Handling, coordinating and overseeing all events operations to ensure the highest quality standards.
* Vendor Management: Searching and comparing different vendors to find competitive and high-quality suppliers.
* Event Planning: Managing all event bookings, quotes, payments, and maintaining records of all costs.
* Event Evaluation: Analyzing and evaluating event results and creating reports.
In parallel, she/he will support the organization of worldwide photo and video productions in alignment with internal teams and external agencies.
Photo and Video Productions
* Production Support: Supporting all phases of photo/video productions, both on site and remotely.
* Budget Oversight: Overseeing the annual budget allocated for photo/video productions.
* Agency Management: Managing and negotiating agency fees and related usage rights fees.
* Booking Management: Managing all bookings, quotes and payments for productions and maintaining records of all costs.
Skills and Competences:
* A Master's or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar relevant field.
* At least 5 years' experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (Production and/or Marketing and Communication activities).
* Possession of a C1 English level is required. Knowledge of any other language is considered a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is crucial.
* Precision and attention to detail are required.
