In detail, we are responsible for analyzing and maintaining the testing center machinery and equipment at Massa and Avenza test center, making critical decisions in a timely manner and meeting safety and quality jobs for the major asset as: /p ul liLube oil console /li liGearboxes /li liHeat exchangers /li liPumps group /li liWater system /li liValves (every type) /li liVacuum pump /li liIndustrial mechanical equipment /li /ul pThe Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance manages work orders with computer maintenance management system software and findings reports throughout the process of root analysis and troubleshooting. /p pYou will follow up preventive/predictive maintenances and troubleshoot various types of machinery and equipment that require technical knowledge. /p pWork closely with the Manager in assigned area, providing him with weekly metrics on performance, schedules on critical repairs, as well as daily updates on critical equipment. /p pWithout forgetting the predictive maintenance with remote acquisition and management of signals from the field, both to extend the life of the equipment and to be immediately warned in case of failures concerning HSE. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerforming as reference point of contact with Equipment OEM and parts vendors. /li liSupervising repair, assembling and installation of components for electrical system. /li liCoordinating inspections on industrial mechanical equipment, valves, gearbox, heat exchanger. /li liParticipating in safety initiatives. /li liWorking closely with Testing Engineers in the review of machines preparing maintenance schedules and determining the necessary spare parts levels. /li liWorking with drawings, schematics, data sheet, PI. /li liLiaising with OEM, external vendor on equipment repair. /li liAnalyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive problems and recommending and implementing proper corrective actions. /li liImplement predictive maintenance systems. /li liPreferably basic knowledge of Maximo software. /li liKnowledge and application of the FMEA or FMECA methodology. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 ul liDegree in a technical field from an accredited University /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English /li liExperience with reading equipment manuals, PI diagrams, Mechanical drawings and other specifications to identify repair methods /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 ul liWorking flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to fit everything in and work when you are the most productive /li /ul h3Working with us /h3 pOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
