📍 Possible Work Locations
The position is available at one of the following Galileo program sites:
* Galileo Control Centre Italy – Fucino (near Avezzano)
* Galileo Control Centre Deutschland – Oberpfaffenhofen (near Munich)
* Galileo Security Monitoring Centre France – Saint-Germain-en-Laye (near Paris)
* Galileo Security Monitoring Centre Spain – INTA Campus La Maranosa (near Madrid)
Frequent travels are foreseen to EUSPA HQ in Prague (1 week per month)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
* Degree in STEM disciplines.
* Knowledge of GNSS systems, preferably Galileo (G1G/G2G).
* Experience in system operations and/or service provision in complex infrastructures.
* Familiarity with ground/space segment engineering and operational documentation.
* Ability to track schedules, risks, KPIs and actions in a structured way.
* Strong coordination, reporting and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work across different classification levels and PRS-related environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Support G2G operations preparation during the IOV phase, participating in SCTC campaigns, ORR/OVR milestones and reviewing operational deliverables to ensure ground/space segment readiness.
* Analyse and track the integrated programme schedule, identifying risks, dependencies, critical paths and impacts on Service Provision activities and baselines.
* Monitor GSOp activities for G2G readiness, including procedure updates, operational validation, test outcomes, anomaly follow-up and participation in technical/coordination boards.
* Contribute to the evolution of GSOp operational concepts, supporting trade-offs, scenario definition and alignment with contractors and system-level constraints.
* Prepare and assess Change Requests, providing operational input, reviewing impacts and tracking their integration into operational plans and procedures.
* Review service performance data (KPIs, datapacks, metrics) and prepare technical summaries, RIDs and inputs for Service Reviews and coordination meetings.
* Provide transversal support across Service Provision domains (G2G, GSOp, GSF, GRON, PRS), maintaining action/risk registers and ensuring planning and baseline consistency.
