PpWithin our Group Head Office - Global Investment Management (GIM) global line, we are looking for a bJunior ALM Analyst - Internship /b to join the ALM Investment Risk Assessment – Asia team. /p pThe Group Investment Function is accountable for the investment strategy and performance across all asset classes of approximately € 360bn of general account assets belonging to Generali Group insurance companies located in 60 different countries. /p pThe candidate will be a member of the Group ALM and Investment Risk Assessment – Asia team, with the following duties: /p ul liSupport in the coordination of ALM and IRA processes for Life and PC portfolios of the Asia region /li liPerform analytical valuations on investment strategies for Group insurance portfolios using ALM and IRA models /li liSupport the preparation and presentation of ALM and IRA analyses to Senior Management /li liContribute to the development and enhancement of risk assessment tools and to the implementation of risk metrics first level of control monitoring /li liImprove and automatize processes of data collection and quality check /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liMaster’s degree in finance, actuarial science, statistics or similar quantitative field /li liSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite /li liBasic programming skills (MATLAB, Visual Basic, Python) /li liAble to formulate and solve problems independently /li liStrong team-working and communication skills /li liHighly motivated and passionate about investments /li liFluent in English both written and spoken /li /ul pThe knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite (Power Query, Power BI), AI concepts and their business applications, and of Bloomberg will be considered nice to have. /p h3Company Profile /h3 pGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
